Provide a digital copy of the original broker rate confirmation to the leased driver — unedited and unredacted
Send it at the time of dispatch, not weeks later
Retain proof of delivery for legal accountability
Prohibit any financial penalties or retaliation against drivers who request their confirmation
This must become non-negotiable, just like logbooks or drug testing.
No confirmation = no contract.
